Did you know that Grace and Ian have nearly 50 years experience of working with Spirit between them?

The Reading Rooms was opened in April 2006 and initially we had Unit 4 which was approximately half the size of our current unit.  The Reading Rooms was a dream of Grace and Ian and has proven to be a wonderful experience.

After many years of working at home doing their readings and home circles, Grace and Ian took the plunge following a few bad experiences at home with clients abusing their home and a couple of cases of private items going missing.

The Reading Rooms has grown and grown and is the perfect complement to their church at Latchingdon when it comes to budding Mediums.

It means Grace and Ian’s Mediums in the making can go from the circles to becoming fledglings at the church and test out their new found gifts.

What’s at The Reading Rooms

Firstly, everyone feels calm and relaxed as soon as they come in to The Reading Rooms.  Then they are met by our wonderful Wynn at reception and booked in and she always offers a cup of Tea or Coffee and the experience in just beginning.

Grace said “We even have friends of The Reading Rooms who simply come up for a chat, a read from our library and a cuppa”.

The Reading Rooms motto is:

“A place of peace and tranquility is a troubled world”

Grace and Ian both carry out their Psychic, Clairvoyant Mediumship readings as well as teach via a number of circles plus Ian’s much sort after Learn to be a Medium workshop circles.

In addition Ian carries out his Aura Readings, Reiki healing and private one to one courses at The Reading Rooms.

There’s even Ian’s Pamper Chair in the reception area to relax in which vibrates and sends you off in to a wonderful dream like place as well according to Grace, helps to shift a few pounds without moving a muscle.

Feeling a little down or need some healing, just ask and Ian or Wynn will happily take you in to Ian’s Therapy Room and give you some healing, whether it’s of the mind, body or Spirit.

There’s also the Grace’s gift shop, where you can purchase that something special for either yourself or someone special.

When your at The Reading Rooms, don’t forget to check out Grace and Ian’s Lending Library.  There are some real classic Spiritual books to either borrow or purchase or simply sit, relax and enjoy.

Facilities at The Readings Rooms include:

The Rooms are fully carpeted, clean, and have a welcoming appearance, and are mostly open plan with rooms leading off the spacious central reception area which also contains a friendly waiting area along with Grace’s Gift Shop for any personal purchases you may wish to make.

Grace’s Room: Grace’s room is a small intermit room and is set out for personal one to one readings, although, if it is necessary and Grace requires the attendance of additional family members to join the reading, additional seating is available.

Ian’s Room: Ian’s room serves as his readings room where he carries out his private one to one readings and also his healing/therapy room. Within Ian rooms there is always a wonderful calming feeling which leaves you relaxed and energised.

WC facilities:  The Reading Rooms has it’s own facilities offering both Ladies and Gentlemen's toilets plus  wash hand basin facilities for your convenience.

Tea and Coffee: Free Tea and Coffee is available as well as the occasional biscuit and or cake.

Wynn: Reception / Healer

Wynn Aldrich

Our Wynn has been a Spiritualist since 1953. Along with husband Tom who went home to Spirit in 2006 she has as they say “been there, done that and bought the Tee Shirt” when it comes to all things Spiritual.

Wynn is our receptionist, a Reiki and Spiritual Healer and Ian’s right hand when it comes to the Learn to be a Medium circles.  Wynn and Tom have also written a series of booklets about Tom’s experiences from the other side of life.

She is one of the kindest, most helpful people you will meet, and if you need anything while your at The Reading Rooms Wynn will be only too happy to help you.

Grace and Ian’s Training Room:

In addition to The Reading Rooms, Grace and Ian also have the offices next door at their disposal for additional events ranging from Grace’s Clairvoyant Evenings to Grace and Ian’s Circles and Learn to be a Medium Circles.

Clairvoyant Evenings:

Grace’s Clairvoyant Evenings are held once a month in the Training Room and is restricted to 30 people for both comfort and safety.  Grace always loves these intimate evenings and they are usually full as soon as they become available.  In addition to Grace there are Special Evenings throughout the year with visiting Mediums.  We recently had Medium Keith Thompson with his night camera.  Keith works in semi darkness and films the evening so that you can see the Orbs of loved ones interacting whilst Keith is giving his messages.

Circles:

Grace’s Private Circle

Grace has her private circle twice a month and is by invitation only, she only works with those of her own choosing and  and those that will benefit from her gentle approach to learning Spirit ways.

Ian’s Learn to be a Medium Workshop Circles

Ian’s approach to training potential Mediums is that you must have a firm foundation and understanding of working with Spirit from the ground up and has devised a series of workshop circles specifically aimed at teaching those who are about to begin their Spiritual Journey as much as possible as well as learn through his wonderful deep meditation techniques just how to safely open, close and protect yourself whilst working directly with your Spirit guides in addition to learning the different divination techniques at your disposal.  This truly is an experience not to be missed.

There are currently four Learn to be a Medium Circles open on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings and are carried out on a fortnightly basis.
