The health and wellbeing of my customers and everyone around us is so important to me. As the situation around Covid 19 continues to develop, I want to reassure you that I am prioritising safety during your Face to Face appointments.

Keeping you safe during your appointment
You should only come to your appointment if you are free from Coronavirus symptoms. Please take a LFT (Lateral Flow Test) on the day of your appointment to check that you and your household are free from symptoms. We can easily reschedule if needed or transfer to a video reading if you prefer.
Please observe strict social distancing measures throughout your appointment.
You should wear your face mask throughout your appointment.

How do I rearrange my appointment if I feel unwell?
If you feel unwell, are self-isolating or you or someone in your household has any symptoms of Coronavirus, I ask that you email me to rearrange. Alternatively, you can amend your appointment online, by using the > signing in from here to enter your customer area.
I am self-isolating. Can I book an appointment?
For the welfare of myself and everyone around us, I will only be carrying out Face to Face appointments where we can safely do so. If you, or someone in your household is self-isolating, please wait until your self-isolation period has finished before you make your appointment or choose to have a Video Reading (which are just as insightful).
I’ve made an appointment but would prefer to postpone it until I feel safer. What should I do?

What happens during my appointment?
What precautions will Grace be taking?
At all times I will ensure we maintain a safe distance from each other and the room will be aired and surfaces sanitised before your arrival.
How many people will attend the appointment?
Just one individual will be allowed at your appointment, you. If you are bringing an elderly person for a reading, you can bring them to my side gate and I will assist them from there. They will be treated with due care.
How close can we be seated?
We will be separated by my table, therefore at least 2 metres apart.
Can I touch the Tarot Cards?
No, I'm afraid you will not be allowed to handle the cards, we can select them without you having to touch them.
