You would think it would be easy for you to begin your Mediumistic journey, but it's not. One of several things will always get in your way. First and foremost is fear of the unknown.Secondly is life itself, we all have commitments that pull on us all the time including time.
The process for becoming a Medium has been shrouded in mystery and most people won't even begin their journey because they don't understand it.
Over the years I have assisted thousands of individuals with understanding how does being a spiritual person works, and the Mediumship process has suffered from the same bad process. Teaching and representing spirit takes time, even years.
Today, I will take you through the back-end of the becoming a Medium process and show you how to become the best that you can be.
In the Beginning there was the words
As with any process or service these days, when you think about beginning spirituality there are a few things you will need have:
If you are prepared to stay the course and trust yourself, you will be rewarded with some wonderful gifts:
By the end of your journey, you will have overcome all of the above hurdles and moved on with your spiritual life.
For some reason, the teachers of spirituality have completely skipped this part of the process when it comes to getting a truly fulfilling spiritual life.
But here’s the kicker:
No one is going to do it for you, there really is no easy way to become a Medium, it can only come with hard work.
Once you have actually connected to the spirit world and heard and felt their love, you will be able to connect with the higher realms and begin your spiritual journey.
Out of one hundred Mediums these days, a small minority are truly gifted with Mediumship, Psychic or Clairvoyant abilities.
In some cases, people have had to disconnect the spirituality that they have had for years due to all the negative teachings that can come from ill informed teachers.
THE SIMPLY spiritual WAY
Stages to Mediumship made simple.
Meditation is the key factor in becoming a spiritual person.
You cannot simply think that doing a restful meditation is going to bring it to you.
Spiritual Meditation is truly about doing nothing and intuitively filling in the gaps.
The right music will help you 100 fold
Guided Meditation can be of help, but you have all the tools you need to relax.
Below are two examples of Meditation music, the first is a themed sample the second is simple Meditation music
Listen to both and you will understand what is meant.
So what is meditation?
Meditation is simply the art of quietening the whole you. That is to say your Mind, your Body and your Spirit.
Here is a little exercise you can try at any time while sitting or laying down. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, consciously quieten your mind and try to slow your breathing down. Count backwards from 99 in your mind, slowly and regularly until you can feel yourself becoming calmer and more at ease. If you feel yourself falling asleep re concentrate on your breathing.
Many of us of a certain age will remember The Beatles meeting Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1967, they came back changed for ever. Their music very much reflected their experiences at that time.
Meditation can help your become the person that you want to be. Below is an interview with The Beatles about that time in their lives. Please understand I am not suggesting Transcendental Meditation is the answer, but it is just one form of meditation that can help.
The only way is to go within
In your next meditation let's spice it up a little. We have have talked of quietening our mind but can we use this quietening for another purpose. Yes we can. Exactly, what is within us? Well we are of course, but what does that mean. I have always thought that as a semi intelligent human being there has to be more to me than just this that I am and I have studied myself to find out who I am. Heavy or what?
In your meditation, quiet your mind as we have talked of but this time when you have found that peaceful place, be aware of your other self. Consciously sense your body, how do you feel inside, that is to say do you feel light or heavy, do you feel any changes to the sensation of your self? Do you feel longer, shorter, younger, older?
Meditation should be carried out at a regular interval. I would suggest no more than twice a week to begin with. Make sure you choose a day and time each week that you will not get disturbed, and write down everything that you sense.
If you follow the above guidance you will begin your Mediumistic journey. Next time we will introduce a simple method to help you see through your guides own eyes.
